Can I make changes to my photos once my ad is submitted?

Yes, you are able to make changes to the pictures in your online ad through your classifieds account. Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to the photo in your print ad.

To make changes to the photos in your online ad, please follow the steps below. Please note the arrow(s) and/or highlighted portions in the images. These will show you where on the screen you can find some of the areas that will be mentioned.

1. Please visit the newspaper's Classified Ads website and log in to the 'Returning Customers' area using your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, please use the 'Forgot Password?' link and reset instructions will be sent to you.
2. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of the ads you currently have running. Note: If you are looking for a previously saved draft ad, please select the 'Draft Ads' tab at the top of the screen. Click the 'Edit Ad' button next to the particular ad you wish to change the photos in. This will bring up the ad editing screen. Locate and click on the Trash Can icon next to the photo you wish to remove.
3. After your old image is removed from the ad, please select the 'Browse' button to locate your new photo on your computer. Double click your new image to upload it to your ad. Once it has uploaded and has appeared in the on-screen box, you can proceed to the next step or you can log out as the system automatically saves the image for you.
